A high density pulp cleaner called the BC CT30 hydrocyclone is used to prepare stock and clean recycled paper pulp. primarily be placed in the pulp mill's initial stage to handle high consistency slurry that includes heavy debris such as metals, glass, grit, and sand. This cleaner can handle a broad range of sizes and system configurations with consistencies up to 3.5%.
Why high density hydrocyclone cleaner
The fiber stream produced from OCC and other types of recycled paper is dense with a wide range of impurities. Destructive items such as metal and glass will attach themselves to the hydrocyclone in PA-66 and destroy it. For this reason, the OCC and recycled pulp mill require a high density hydrocyclone with a stainless steel body and ceramic linings.

How it works
