Working Principles

 

BCCLP700 high efficiency forward pulp cleaner

 

 

For the purpose of preparing stock, the BCCLP700 centrifugal pulp cleaner separates useful fiber from debris.
Pulp slurry with fiber, water, and debris enters the cleaner's top through a pressure and flow-controlled inlet head. The cleaner's entire contents spin as the slurry quickens and spirals down the inner wall. Water and heavy debris like grit, glass, sand, staples, pins, mud, gravel, metal, abrasives, and other small heavy things are drawn to the outside wall and spiral down to the bottom of the unit by centrifugal force.

 

Divided design

 

The BCCLP700 pulp cleaner has a divided design that allows it to be divided into individual spare pieces, making replacement, assembly, and disassembly simpler. Easy maintenance is required during the pulp cleaning and stock preparation process; worn parts can be replaced without replacing the pulp cleaner as a whole.

What is BCCLP700

For cleaning pulp slurry and stock preparation, the very effective forward hydrocyclone pulp cleaner BCCLP700 is employed. For contaminants that weigh relatively little, the operating slurry consistency ranges from 0.3% to 1.2%.
Valuable fiber is separated from debris inside the cleaner wall by centrifugal force. Once pulp slurry enters the hydrocyclone cleaner through the inlet head, heavy objects descend to the bottom and are retrieved. Accepts are diluted from the bottom and either collected using the top tube, or they proceed to the next steps.
The BCCLP700 can be used in conjunction with later stages of lighter consistency cleaner to increase the overaccepts production, or it can be used as a single independent stage with separate cleaner fiber recovery.

The BCCLP700 pulp cleaner can be disassembled into separate wear parts: inlet head, upper shell, uppup cone, ceramic cone, stock saver and reject chamber. Throughout the entire operating process, it is considerably easier to assemble, disassemble, and replace this segmented design. Isolate valves make it simple to swap out worn spare parts without having to suspend the entire set.
