GLV/CLP350 hydrocyclone pulp cleaner

For the purpose of preparing stock, the GLV/PLC350 centrifugal hydrocyclone pulp cleaner separates valuable fiber from impurity waste.
Pulp slurry with fiber, water, and debris passing through the input head at a steady flow rate under pressure. The cleaner's whole contents rotate as the slurry speeds up and spirals via the vortex down the inner wall. Water and heavy debris like grit, glass, sand, staples, pins, mud, gravel, metal, abrasives, and other small heavy things are drawn to the outside wall and spiral down to the bottom of the unit by centrifugal force.

The GLV/CLP350 is a high efficiency forward hydrocyclone used for pulp slurry cleaning and stock preparation. The operating slurry consistency ranges from 0.3%~1.2% for relative light weight contaminants.

How it works

GLV/CLP350 separates useful fiber from debris by centrifugal force inside the cleaner wall. Pulp slurry enters through the inlet head, and heavy objects move to the bottom of the unit and be collected.
