Working Principles

 

BCXCEL 150 high efficiency forward cleaner

 

 

For stock preparation, the BCXCEL 150 pulp cleaner separates useful fiber from waste.
Pressure causes paper slurry made of fiber, water, and particles to enter the cleaner's top through the inlet head. The cleaner's whole contents rotate as the slurry quickens and spirals down the inner wall. Water and heavy debris, like grit, glass, sand, pins, staples, gravel, mud, metal, abrasives, and other small, heavy things, are drawn towards the outside wall by centrifugal force and eventually fall to the bottom of the unit.

 

Divided design

 

1. With its divided design, the XCEL 150 pulp cleaner can be disassembled, assembled, and replaced more easily because the spare components are made of different pieces.
Easy maintenance is required during the pulp cleaning and stock preparation process; worn parts can be replaced without replacing the pulp cleaner as a whole.
2. Various deslagging techniques: impurity discharge of both an open and closed type to accommodate varying operating environments.

What is BCXCEL150

The BCXCEL 150 is a high efficiency forward pulp cleaner used for paper pulp slurry cleaning and stock preparation. The operating slurry consistency ranges from 0.8%~3.2%.

How it works

By using centrifugal force, fiber and trash are separated. Heavy items descend to the cleaner's bottom as paper slurry arrives through the inlet head. Accepts are collected via the top tube or move on to the next stages after being diluted from the bottom.
In order to maximize the production of overaccepts, it can be installed as a single independent stage with separate cleaner fiber recovery. It can also be connected to subsequent stages of lighter consistency cleaner.

Insights of the divided-part design

The inlet head, upper shell, ceramic cones, stock saver, and reject chamber of the BCXCEL 150 pulp cleaner are all detachable. Throughout the entire operating process, it is simple to assemble, disassemble, and replace this segmented design. Isolate valves make it simple to swap out worn spare parts without having to suspend the entire set. This lessens the impact of replacement and ensures the steady operation of the entire setup.
Simple to connect to and install. Flanges allow the individual cleaner to be operated and maintained in conjunction with the entire pulp cleaning system. Simple-to-use nuts are used to connect interchangeable, independent spare parts.
