What is high density hydrocyclone cleaner for recycled paper pulp

A high density pulp cleaner, the BCHDLC series hydrocyclone is used for cleaning and stock preparation of recycled paper pulp. primarily be placed in the pulp mill's initial stage to handle high consistency slurry that includes heavy debris such as metals, glass, grit, and sand. This cleaner works with a broad range of sizes and system configurations, handling consistencies of up to 5.0%.

Why high density hydrocyclone cleaner

The fiber stream produced from OCC and other types of recycled paper is dense with a wide range of impurities. Heavy, damaging material like glass and metal are too big for the hydrocyclone in PA66. For this reason, the OCC and recycled pulp mill require a high density hydrocyclone with a stainless steel body and ceramic linings.
Massive fiber streams can enter the intake head because of its free vortex design and 20 cm internal diameter. One set of BCHDLC is sufficient when combined with vertical sectional layout.

Main Function

High density pulp cleaners are primarily used to gather and eliminate heavy impurities from the fiber stream produced by OCC and recycled paper. The cleaned pulp is then sent to light consistency hydrocyclones for additional cleaning steps.

How it works

The BCHDLC pulp cleaner is a free vortex type separator that effectively removes heavy impurities such as glass, metal, sand, and metal clips. The primary function is to extract heavy impurities from the fiber stream. The unwanted, heavy particles are gathered by centrifugal force and sent to the bottom reject chamber. Accepts that weigh little are streamed to the head and advance to the following phases.
